Wall Drill

The pitcher starts by facing her body parallel with the wall an appropriate distance away from her target. The legs are slightly flexed. The glove shoulder and glove point to the target and the ball is positioned slightly in front of and above the head. The eyes are on the target.

Athletic Starting Position Side Angle

Circular Rotation Back Angle

The pitcher stays parallel to the wall.  The legs remain flexed. The glove shoulder and glove point to the target and the ball starts it's downward circular motion. The eyes remain on the target.

Athletic Starting Position Back Angle

The pitcher starts by facing her body directly towards the wall an appropriate distance away from her target.  The legs are slightly flexed. The glove shoulder and glove point to the target and the ball is positioned slightly in front of and above the head. The eyes are on the target

Circular Rotation Side Angle

The pitcher stays parallel to the wall.  The legs remain flexed. The glove shoulder and glove point to the target and the ball starts it's downward circular motion. The eyes remain on the target.

Circular Rotation 

The pitcher stays parallel to the wall.  The legs remain flexed. The glove shoulder continues to point to the target as the glove pulls down to the side. The ball continues downward by the hip in a circular motion. The eyes remain on the target.
